PURPOSE:To be able to insert a single slip sheet by providing a stopper at a sheet supply port, preventing the insertion of the sheet by the stopper when it is not a single slip sheet supplying state, and rotating the stopper by a cam for the stopper when it comes to be supplied. CONSTITUTION:A stopper 28 for normally holding a sheet inserting passage in a closed state by a spring is provided. A cam 10c set in the state that a sheet inserting passage is opened by resetting the stopper 28 against the energizing force of a retaining pawl 14 when the pawl 14 is disposed at a predetermined position is provided. When a single slip sheet 31 is intended to be inserted from a sheet supply port even if it is not a single slip sheet supplying state, the insertion is prevented by the stopper 28. When it becomes the single slip sheet supplying state, the stopper 28 is rotated by the cam 10c to release the stop of the stopper, and the single slip sheet 31 is inserted.
