PURPOSE:To aim at fastening and loosening a fastening member with a small force by meshing a tooth section formed in the outer peripheral surface of the fastening member with a tooth section formed in a manipulating tool so as to rotate the manipulating tool in order to rotate the fastening member in both normal and reverse directions. CONSTITUTION:A fitting part 10 of a rotary grindstone 7 is closely fitted onto a fitting part 5 of a main shaft 4. Further, a nut 12 is screwed onto the thread part 6 of the main shaft 4 until it abuts against an attaching flange 9. A tooth part 13 is formed in the outer peripheral surface of the nut 12, and a shaft 18 of a manipulating tool 15 is inserted into a bearing hole 14 formed in the flange 19. In this condition, when the manipulating tool 15 is manually rotated in either the normal at reverse direction, the nut 12 is fastened or loosed into and from a thread part 6 in the main shaft 4. Accordingly, a large force may be applied to the nut 12 only by manual action.
