PURPOSE:To be able to simultaneously print a plurality of cards by forming a plurality of recesses having the same depth as the thickness of the card on the surface of a sheet and an adhesive layer on the bottom in the same shape as the profile of the card, and engaging one card within each recess in such a manner that the surface to be printed is disposed upside. CONSTITUTION:A sheet 3 is composed by bonding both-sided adhesive paper 6 on a thin vinyl chloride layer 5 of suitable thickness, superposing a thin aluminum or vinyl chloride layer 7 formed in the same thickness as a card with windows of the same shape as a card in a predetermined array on the paper 6, thereby forming recesses 4 with the windows of the layer 7. A telephone card is engaged with the recess 4 of the sheet 1 in such a manner that the printed surface is disposed upside, the card is held in the recess by the layer 6 in the bottom of the recess, and engaged in this state with a printing machine. A printing surface for printing the card in the recess of the sheet is formed on the plate cylinder of the machine. When printed, the card is separated from the adhesive layer and removed from the recess.
