PURPOSE:To simplify the construction work and make the device fit for a piping which has been provided and also make the confirmation of resetting simple by providing a housing into which a switching valve and gas pressure regulator are assembled in one body with a valve driving section which consists of a solenoid operated by receiving control signal from outside. CONSTITUTION:A regulator valve unit 20 is provided in a cover 50 which is shared by a shut-off valve unit 18 which covers the upper opening of a housing 14. This regulator valve unit 20 keeps the inside of a secondary pressure reducing chamber 24 always at a constant gas pressure, and the shut-off valve unit 18 has a function to open and close a flow passage 26 by outside electric signal. If the end side of a gas passage is open by, for instance, a damage in the piping or breakage in a utensil GK or other causes, there is pressure reduction in the secondary pressure reducing chamber 24 and it is detected by a lead switch R1 and by its detection signal a control section 106 maintains the shut-off state. Further, if no detection signal is generated, the flow passage 26 is completely released by outputting again resetting pulse signal after a prescribed time has passed.
