发明名称 GASIFICATION CONTROLLING EQUIPMENT IN OIL SHALE DRY DISTILLATION OVEN
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the formation of clinker and improve the degree of gasification, by using a double-walled pipe for supply of gas to the gasifying zone of a dry distillation oven and controlling the flow rate of the gas for gasification supplied through each of the inner pipe and outer pipe and also the concentration of oxygen in the inner pipe and outer pipe and also the concentration of oxygen in the gas. CONSTITUTION:A tuyere 13 through which gas is supplied to the gasifying zone of a dry distillation oven has a double-walled pipe structure in which the gases in the inner pipe and outer pipe are isolated from each other, and the gas nozzles of the inner pipe and outer pipe are located in the center of the gasifying zone beneath a tube through which shale comes down after dry distillation, with the nozzles of the outer pipe being arranged lower than those of the inner pipe. The temperature distribution in the gasifying zone is detected by a sonde system, e.g., with TC-2-1 in the central part and with TC-2-2 at a part near the periphery of the oven, and the flow rates of the gas supplied to the gasifying zone through the inner and outer pipes are respectively detected with flow meters FT-1 and FT-2 and manually adjusted with valves V-1 and V-2 so that the highest temperature in the gasifying zone will not exceed a clinkering temperature (about 100 deg.C). The installation of a mechanism for the control of the concentration of oxygen in the gas in each of the inner pipe and outer pipe in addition to the flow rate of the gas supplied to the gasifying zone will make the gasification controlling system more effective.
