<p>PURPOSE:To perform the judgement of quality without visually inspecting electric machinery by opening the same, by applying DC voltage, which increases in a predetermined change ratio when the automatic section switch of a distribution line becomes 'open', to the distribution line. CONSTITUTION:When power failure is generated by the accident generated in a distribution line section, a power failure detection circuit 6 detects this state and applies a signal to a test timing program circuit 9. A rectifying/charge circuit 3 supplies the power of a battery 5 to all of the circuits of the automatic test apparatus 1 of the distribution line section through a DC power source circuit 4 and the circuit 9 controls a high voltage generating switch circuit 11, a discone closing circuit 14, a low frequency oscillation control circuit 15 and a test apparatus state display part 21. The output of the circuit 15 increases in predetermined change quantity by a high voltage generating circuit 12 and is converted to AC voltage of which the max. value is, for example, 6kV to become DC high voltage by a high voltage rectifier circuit 13. A measuring circuit 19 detects the kind of the accident of a distribution line, for example, discharge earth or low insulating earth on the basis of the change in the voltage and current of the DC high voltage of the circuit 13 through a discharge earth detection circuit 16 or low insulating earth detection circuit 17 being a detector to display the same on a discharge earth display part 22 or a low insulating earth display part 23.</p> |
