<p>PURPOSE:To carry out adjustment of the transferring direction of a sheet of copying paper more simply and accurately by forming a conveying route with one endless belt, employing a method of bringing said endless belt into pressure contact with a sheet of copying paper as a paper feeding mechanism, and carrying out the conveyance of sheets of copying paper wholly by one belt. CONSTITUTION:A conveying route connecting a paper feeding part 2, a register part 3, a transfer part 4, a fixing part 5, and a paper discharge part 6 is formed with one endless belt 8. And, the paper feeding part 2 is formed with a copying paper feeding and holding part 13 for feeding and holding a sheet of copying paper on the surface of the belt 8, a paper feed roller 14 for bringing the belt 8 into pressure contact with the sheet of copying paper from the back side, and a guide plate 15 which is provided externally along the rising part of the belt 8 and which guides the sheet of copying paper being transferred by means of the pressure contact of the belt 8 to the register part 3. Accordingly, since the conveyance of the sheet of copying paper in each part of a copying machine 1 including the paper feeding part 2 is wholly carried out by one belt 8, the adjustment in the transferring direction of the sheet of copying paper can be carried out more simply and securely.</p> |
