PURPOSE:To obviate the peeling of a sealant tape even when evacuation or heating pressing is conducted under the state, in which breather cloth does not reach onto the upper surface of a platen, by forming a sheet suction preventive section to a flow section for the air suction of a first mold member when air in a sealing sheet covering a multilayer printed wiring board material held by the first mold member and a second mold member through a heat-insulating material is sucked to the outside. CONSTITUTION:The outsides of an upper mold plate 4, a multilayer printed wiring board material 5, a lower mold plate 6, etc., are covered with a bag film 9 through breather cloth 8, and the outer peripheral section of said bag film 9 is stuck onto the upper surface of a platen 3 with a sealant tape 10. A plurality of ventilating holes 13 for air flowing are shaped to the outer edge section of a flowing groove (an air flowing section) 7 for the air suction of the lower mold plate 6, and a side wall (a sheet suction preventive section) 14 for obstructing suction to said flowing groove 7 of the bag film (a sealing sheet) 9 is formed. |
