PURPOSE:To aim at prolonging the life of a wear-resistant part by bonding a wear-resistant material on one side of a metal plate having a standard size, through the intermediary of pressure-vulcanized rubber having an anti-shock ability, and by mounting bolts on the other side of the plate so as to attach the plate onto the wear-resistant part. CONSTITUTION:A wear-resistant material 1 such as ceramic or the like, is bonded to one side of a metal plate 3 through the intermediary of a pressure- vulcanized rubber 2. Accordingly, the wear-resistant part 1 is never peeled off from the metal plate 3 even through shocks are exerted thereto, since its bonding strength is high. Attaching bolts 4 are fixed to the other side of the metal plate 3, for attaching the part to various kinds of wear-resistant parts. Thus, the metal plate 3 is simply attached to a wear-resistant part without removing the wear-resistant material 1, and further it is possible to aim at prolonging the life of the wear-resistant part.
