PURPOSE:To exactly and accurately calculate a communication charge by automatically discriminate the presence/absence of the registration of the trunk code of an intra-station, displaying or print-outputting to urge inputting the trunk code in case said registration is not yet achieved, and returns to the initial rutine of registration. CONSTITUTION:If an intra-station number is inputted by means of ten keys, the inputted number is displayed in the LCD of a display part 13 via a control part 12. If a prescribed number is inputted, then a start key is depressed, whether or not the area code is inputted in addition to the inputted number is judged. In case the trunk code is not yet registered, the display or print-output urging to instruct the trunk code is supplied to the LCD of the display part 13 under the control of the part 12. The sequence returns to the initial rutine, and the operation come in the intra-station number registration mode again, enabling the inputting of intra-station number by means of ten keys.
