PURPOSE:To improve the uniformity of optical output by limiting the angle formed by the junction surface of a transparent substrate and the surface of an element. CONSTITUTION:A transparent insulated substrate 104 is disposed on a transparent pakaging substrate 105. On the substrate 104, photoelectric transducers 103 are arrayed with the same element-pitch 111. The junction part angle 101 is so determined that the crossing point (110) of the junction surface and a pakaging substrate comes symmetrical to the midpoint of an element-interval (112) over the surface (109) of the element; with this constitution, the disorder of light beams can be neglectable. This means that the rays of light incident on the photoelectric transducers have almost no disorder similar to the light A(106).
