PURPOSE:To make a servo-mechanism compact and lessen oil consumption by arranging a servo-valve and a power-piston inside a pulley on the drive side. CONSTITUTION:At a drive shaft 1 is fixed a pulley main-body 3, on whose outer perimeter is formed in one body a ridged pulley 30, and a slide pulley 31 is slidably arranged vis-a-vis to this pulley 30, and a V belt 19 is provided between both pulleys 30, 31. A flyweight 5 is at a position indicated in the drawing at a time of engine stop or engine idling, and oil fills a power piston chamber 73 through a servo-valve 6. When the number of engine-revolution rises, the flyweight 5 push-presses a flange 60, making the servo-valve 6 retreat, and oil supply to a power piston 7 is cut off and flows into a drain chamber 33. By this, the pulley diameter on the drive side becomes small.
