发明名称 SPINDLE MOTOR MECHANISM FOR FLOPPY DISK DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To simplify a motor fitting process by screwing directly a motor housing at the screw structure part of the frame of a disk device main body. CONSTITUTION:A housing 20 of a spindle motor formed by the housing 20, a rotor 14, a bearing part 15 and a circuit board 16 is half-fixed to the motor fitting part of a frame 21 of a disk device main body, the board 16 is positioned to the frame 21 and by using a positioning pin 19 penetrated into the frame 21 as a guide, the position of the substrate 16 is determined. Next, when the housing 200 only is turned with an apparatus 24 for rotation from the surface side of the frame 21 at an opposite side with a rotor 14, the housing 20 is directly screwed to the screw structure of the frame 21 and a spindle motor is simply fitted with a simple fitting process.
