PURPOSE:To improve the data transfer efficiency between a servocontrol device which controls a servomotor, etc., and a host computer, by providing a buffer memory between said servocontrol device and computer and usually connecting this buffer memory to the computer side. CONSTITUTION:The switch devices 5-7 are connected to the side of a host computer 1 when a command and data are transferred to a servocontrol device 2 from the computer 1. Thus a writing operation is carried out directly to a buffer memory 4. The computer 1 sends a command setting end signal to a latch circuit for latching when the writing operation is through with the memory 4. In this case, a latch circuit 9 is reset. When the processing is over with the device 2, the latching state of the circuit 8 is checked to know that the data including a command to be sent to the memory 4 is stored as long as the command is latched by the circuit 8. Then the device 2 produces the memory-use-enable-signals to the devices 5-7 to switch them and sends a read control signal and an address to the memory 4 to read out the data including a command.
