The lever 9 is held by the pin 8 on the longitudinal axis 3 of the hinge plate. It acts via its upper end, which is designed in the shape of an eccentric, on the hollow surface of the spacer 7 by lateral disjointing towards the outside or inside of the window, thus blocking the latter. The upper end of this lever, which includes the adjusting nut and the lock nut, is held by the anti-torsion stop 13 which, for its part, is fixed by the screws 14 and 15 onto the upright of the door and of the window. This stop thus prevents the spindle of the hinge plate from performing linear rotations, and in addition and as a second function prevents the furniture hinge, screwed into the door frame and into the leaf, from performing perpendicular rotations. <IMAGE>
