Solid/liquid filtering extractor in which the stirrer rotor comprises variable-pitch blades, with automatic adjustment, as a function of the viscosity of the material. The subject of the invention is a filtering extractor making it possible to operate in a closed vessel and optionally under pressure or in a vacuum. It is made up: of a reactor body 1, of a reactor bottom 2, of a hydromechanical device for manoeuvring the bottom 4, of a hydromechanical device for locking the bottom 7, of a stirrer 8, and of a stirrer rotor 11. The reactor body 1 is cylindrical, slightly frustoconical, the large diameter being situated at the bottom and surrounded by a circuit for a heat transfer fluid. The reactor bottom 2 is jacketed. The hydromechanical device for locking the bottom 4 ensures leakproofing, by the rotation of a notched clamp provided with helical ramps. The filtering extractor is applied in operations intended for the chemical, parachemical and pharmaceutical industry. <IMAGE>
