PURPOSE:To raise the efficiency of operation as well as to reduce the cost of sludge feeding by a method in which sludge is crushed and mixed by the blade of a mixer for fluidization, gravels are removed from the sludge being taken out of the mixer, and the sludge is forcibly fed by a pressure feeding pump. CONSTITUTION:Mixing blades 12 are attached sideways between the side walls of a hopper 10 and each of the blades 12 is separately driven. A water supply nozzles 16 is set on the upper part of the hopper 10 to adjust the water content of sludge. A soil discharge port 20 is also provided to the tip of a screw conveyer 3 and a vibrating screen 4 to remove gravels is set beneath the port 20. Dredged sludge is dewatered, charged into the hopper 10, and crushed and mixed by turning the blades 12 for fluidization. The sludge sent from the conveyer 3 is screened by the screen 4 to remove gravels to the outside of the line, and the sludge is secondarily mixed in the hopper 3 and discharged by a pressure-feeding pump 6. |
