The apparatus comprises a reducer-converter 2 ending in a flange 1. The component 2 is attached to a support plate 3 carrying bearings 4 for the rotation of a control shaft 5 ending with a wheel 6 coupled with a lever 7. The shaft 5 carries a fixed connecting rod 8 between the bearings 4 carrying two articulated connecting rods 9, two ends of which are articulated to the fastener 11 of a closing device with two shutters 10 closing the opening 0 of the component 2. The support 3 is provided with two cheeks pierced for the passage of spindles 12 receiving the four toothed sectors 13 ending the suspension arms 14. The rotation of the toothed sectors 13 results from the movement generated on the fastener 11 by the rotation of the shaft 5. The material from the bucket drops into a funnel 15 extended by the pipe 17. The invention will be used so as to be fitted to the lower part of concreting buckets, and the easily separable assembly will enable it to be replaced in the event of an accident or of wear without having to use welding techniques. <IMAGE>
