PURPOSE:To increase the graph data processing speed by utilizing the information on the graph coupling properties to arrange properly the graph data in a memory. CONSTITUTION:The data are arranged with a graph data converting device for computer having a paging function so that those data included in the same coupling component or block are put on the same page as much as possible. Therefore, such data that are possibly receive continuous accesses are liable to be included in the same page. Then, the page shift frequency is reduced on an average and therefore the overall processing speed is increased for graph data.
