PURPOSE:To instantly prevent the furtive glance of a screen by a third party by using a control signal so as to control the display state of the screen displayed on a display device through a radio system or a wired system. CONSTITUTION:Job information exchanging and supporting systems A and B are led between remote locations to exchange secret job information in the on-line state via a communication line 7. In the on-line state, if a 3rd party invades into the system of the job information exchanging and supporting system A, the operator operates immediately a remote control key pad 4A to output a control signal to a controller 3A. Thus, the controller 3A outputs a control signal to erase the displayed pattern to the display device 2A. Since the communication state is kept in the on-line and the display screen on the display device 2A is lost, the furtive glance by the 3rd party is prevented.
