PURPOSE:To prevent unrequired power consumption by turning on a transmission switch part at data transmission and turning on a reception switch part so as to inhibit a power supply when the data transmission/reception is not executed. CONSTITUTION:When a power switch 4 is applied, a power supply from a battery 22 is supplied to a CPU 11 but not supplied to the transmission section 18 and the reception section 19 requiring large power consumption comparatively. In case off the transmission arisen, the power is supplied to the transmission section 18 by the operation of a CPU 11 but not supplied to the reception section 19. Conversely, in case of the reception arisen, power is supplied to the reception section 19, but not supplied to the transmission section 18. If no processing is executed for a prescribed time after the transmission and reception arisen, the entire power supply to the terminal equipments is inhibited independently of the state of the switch 4.
