Sanitary apparatus for delivering or receiving as desired water or other liquids without polluting its immediate environment. It is comprised of a basin or bowl (26) which is substantially circular and has a diameter comprised between 100 and 200 mm, of a partially cylindrical and at least hemi-cylindrical foot over the basin; the diameter of the foot is substantially equal to the diameter of the basin, and the ratio between the diameter (D) of the basin and the height (H) of the foot being smaller than or equal to 0.5; the longitudinal axis of the foot can form an angle (A) with the vertical comprised between 0 DEG and 40 DEG , while the longitudinal axis of said top part can form with the vertical an angle substantially equal to (A). The invention may apply to the making of apparatuses such as urinals, washbasins, fountains etc..
