Set of cost-effective methods and elements for the modular construction of earthquake-resisting houses and premises. The foundations comprise a bed of compacted gravel 1, T-shaped reinforced concrete sections 2 and a reinforced concrete base 3. The walls and floors are constructed by means of modular elements 4 which fit together and are guided inside each other. These elements are hollow and enable the floors and walls to be ventilated and the premises to be cooled or heated by air circulation. The walls are erected dry, but a reinforced concrete frame connects the foundations and the peripheral tie in order to satisfy the earthquake-resisting requirements. Modular elements are provided for the construction of slabs, roofings or upper floors : framing modules 5, filler blocks 6, reinforced concrete sections 7. <IMAGE>
