Transport arrangement for vehicles, in particular for passenger cars, with which the vehicle is intended to be transported in a multi-storey car park, where the vehicle, without the driver and without being rolled, is transported to a parking place in the car park, which transport arrangement comprises eight pulley blocks which are intended to be able to be placed in pairs on both sides of a vehicle wheel, where a first pulley block pair 1, 2 and a second pulley block pair 3, 4 are secured on a first carriage 12, and a third pulley block pair 5, 6 and a fourth pulley block pair 7, 8 are secured on a second carriage 13, which carriages 12, 13 are arranged in line one behind the other, along which line C-C a vehicle is intended to be driven onto a support 11 and placed over the carriages 12, 13 with its longitudinal axis along the said line, where each pulley block 1 - 8 is secured on one end of an arm 13 - 20, which arm 13 - 20 can be pivoted, about an axle 21 - 28 secured on each carriage 12, 13, from a retracted position, in which each arm 13 - 20 and pulley block 1 - 8 lies parallel or substantially parallel to the said line C-C, to an extended position which is at right angles or substantially at right angles to the retracted position, where each pair of pulley blocks is intended to be driven from its retracted position to its extended position, as a result of which the pulley blocks are moved in under a vehicle wheel from both sides of the wheel and thus lift the wheel, and where the distance between two pulley blocks of each carriage 12, 13, in the extended position, corresponds to the width of a vehicle whose wheels are to be lifted, and where at least one of the carriages 12, 13 can be moved along the said line C-C. The invention is characterized in that, in the extended position, the pulley blocks 1 - 8 in each pair lie near each other or bear against each other, which pulley blocks 1 - 8 are wedge-shaped when viewed in vertical cross section, so that two cooperating pulley blocks 1 - 8, in the extended position, form an upwardly concave surface, and in that the said two carriages 12, 13 are movably connected to a common additional third carriage 40 which is arranged to transport the carriages 12, 13 and the vehicle. <IMAGE> |
