PURPOSE:To allow a caller to call other location if a called party is absent as holidays or the like by providing plural number of telephone number storage elements and selecting them through remote control by means of an external telephone set. CONSTITUTION:In calling an automatic telephone calling device 10 from an external telephone set, a dialing changeover circuit 42 provided to the calling device 10 detects a call signal. The inside of the dialing switching circuit 42 is provided with a call signal counter circuit counting number of call signals and a comparator circuit comparing the number with a predetermined call signal number. When the number of call signals is coincident with the said prescribed number, a switching signal is outputted from the dialing switching circuit 42 to allow a changeover switch 43a to switch a number storage element 40a to other storage element 40b. Thus, a telephone number stored in the storage element 40a is switched to another telephone number stored in the storage element 40b and dialed.
