The subject of the present invention is a method and a machine for uniformly continuously coating products such as sweets or aperitif biscuits. A machine according to the invention comprises a trough 1, in the bottom of which is located a helical brush 5 mounted on a shaft 4 which is driven in rotation at slow speed by a motor 7 and a movement transmission 8. Products 11 to be coated are tipped continuously into the trough via a chute 9. Apparatuses 10 for dispensing liquid or powder are disposed above the trough. The products to be coated form small parcels 12 which rotate on themselves and are thus coated as uniformly as would be obtained in a discontinuous turbine. One application is the manufacture of jelly sweets or aperitif biscuits. <IMAGE> |
