PURPOSE:To automatically collect information collected manually by operators in conventional systems with a private branch exchange by accumulating dialed numbers after the depression of a stroke counting button by the operator of a trunk line attendant board and reading out the stored numbers externally. CONSTITUTION:When an attendant board operator depresses the replying button of the attendant board 101, a central processing unit 50 connects the link 301 of the attendant board and the trunk line. The operator applies a calling with the trunk line and completes the call by the button restoration. In this case, the operator depresses the stroke counting button after the end of calling. The central processing unit 50 collects the stroke count information of the operators into a stroke counting memory in a memory section 60 and stores them. The stroke counting memory collects the stroke counting information while switching planes A, B at every hour under the control of the unit 50.
