The device comprises an outer cylindrical jacket 10 which includes a longitudinal slit 12, and a coaxial inner cylinder 20 which is rotationally driven and includes a helical slit 22 which, when superposed with the longitudinal slit, generates orifices 25 which move in a unidirectional sweeping motion and via which a pressurised fluid is ejected.
