PURPOSE:To realize a smooth system operation by reading out an unsatisfied condition item at the time of command operation and informing the contents of said item to an operator. CONSTITUTION:A switch 1 is pushed for reference to a memory-1 21 and the operation valid conditions of the switch 1 are read out to be held by a register 22. At the same time, a compiling process means 31 extracts each condition item serving as an element of the operation valid conditions of the switch 1 out of a condition item file and compiles these condition items in accordance with a format stored in the memory 21 to hold them in a register 33. In case both conditions A and C are satisfied with the condition B unsatisfied, for example, the logical arithmetic is secured between both registers 22 and 33 by an exclusive OR computing element 41. Based on this OR information, a display controller 51 refers to a memory-2 52 to read out a message showing that the condition B is unsatisfied and displays this message on a display device 53. In such a way, the contents of the unsatisfied conditions are informed to an operator to ensure a smooth system operation in case an operation is performed out of its prescription.
