PURPOSE:To make the DC voltage of a synchronizing signal accurately equal to a reference voltage during the synchronizing signal period by applying DC feedback to an input clamp voltage by means a full feedback amplifier. CONSTITUTION:The full feedback amplifier consists of transistors (TRs) Q1, Q2 forming a differential pair and a TR Q3. The full feedback amplifier is an amplifier where feedback is applied to make the input/output potentials equal to each other. Thus, a reference voltage Vref itself extracted externally from an output terminal OUT during the period of a synchronizing signal. Since the input signal is a potential higher than the sync chip voltage at the period up to the next synchronizing signal, the TR Q3 is cut off and the input signal itself is sent as it is to the output terminal OUT.
