PURPOSE:To prevent fuel vapor from being scatteringly emitted to the atmosphere when fuel oil is supplied, by providing a seal means in a filler part of a fuel tank while controlling a fuel tank to communicate with a canister, when the fuel oil is supplied, and a canister to communicate with a carburetor when the fuel vapor can be purged. CONSTITUTION:A filler pipe 29 is fixed in a flange part 32, formed in the filter pipe, to a fuel supply part, that is, filler part of a fuel tank 17 through a seal member 33 by a securing means 31, and a one-way valve 30, which is opened by a pressure of fuel, when it is injected into the filler pipe 29, is mounted constituting a seal means. An evaporative line 19, which provides a rollover valve 24 in the opening end into the fuel tank 17, is connected to an upper part of the fuel tank 17, and the other end of the evaporative line is connected to a canister 7 through a solenoid valve 8. While an evaporative line 20, branching from the evaporative line 19, connects with a carburetor 25 through a solenoid valve 9. And each valve 8, 9 is controlled opening and closing when the fuel is supplied and when a purge can be performed.
