PURPOSE:To form many columnar blocks in the ground with good efficiency by a method in which a spiral auger is rotatably and radially inserted into a sheath cylinder in a freely sliding manner, and a grout is charged from a charging port into a mixer and mixed with excavated soil. CONSTITUTION:An auger 1 is pulled up, and the position of the auger 1 is adjusted by matching the tip of an indicating projection 23 with the edge of the spiral plate 1a of the auger 1. When the auger 1 is normally turned, excavated soil E is scraped down by a soil scraper blade and dropped from a charging port 14 into a mixer 11. A cement-based grout or hardener is charged from a charging port 26 into the mixer 11 and mixed with the soil E by turning the mixer 11 to obtain a mixture. The mixture is put between the spiral blades of the auger 1 and returned to an excavated pit.
