<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the cutting of a reader tape and to raise a fast forwarding/ rewinding actual speed by detecting the time differential value of the rotation speed of a reel at a supplying reel side and controlling the driving of a winding reel. CONSTITUTION:Based on a supplying side reel stand rotation speed detecting value and the output of a reference circumference signal generating device 84 by supplying side rotation speed detecting devices 22, 26 and 27 at the time of fast forwarding, a third damper 83 detects the time differential value of the rotation speed of a reel 28. When the differential value arrives at a maximum differential value to the final part of a large diameter reel hub, the reel hub is determined to be a small diameter, a power source 51 is raised and the rotation speed of a winding side reel motor 13 is raised. Based on the detection of a reader tape 19 in which the length of a tape end is sufficiently long, the motor 13 is stopped and damping is applied to a supplying side reel motor 23. The winding is also the same, the cutting of the reader tape is prevented, it is not necessary to match the speed when a hub diameter is small to the speed when the hub diameter is large and the actual speed of fast forwarding/ rewinding can be raised.</p> |
