USE:A drug for improving symptoms caused by thrombaxane, useful as antithrombotic agent, antivasoconstrictor or antitracheaconstrictor. PREPARATION:For example, a compound shown by formula II is used as a starting raw material, processed through a compound shown by formula III into a compound shown by formula III. The amino-protecting group of the compound shown by formula IV is removed and the resulting substance is reacted with a substituted sulfonic acid halide to give a compound shown by formula V.</p> |
