<p>PURPOSE:To decrease occurrence of surface deviation and to implement excellent accuracy and a low price of a rotary transformer, by arranging and fixing cylindrical ferrite cores with core solder having V-shaped core holding parts so that the cores are supported at their outer surfaces, and simultaneously grinding both end surfaces of each ferrite core in the axial direction. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of V-shaped recess parts 101 are formed in a core holder 102. Grinding diamonds 104 and cylindrical ferrite cores 103 are fixed to said holder 102 with a fixing belt 105. The holder 102 is rotated in the direction of an arrow B. The cores 103 are inserted into the holder 102 at a part C and fixed with the belt 105. Both end surface of each core 103 are ground in the axial direction with the grinding diamonds 104 at the same time. The surface deviation of the core of a coaxial rotary transformer is decreased, mass productivity is implemented, and a low price can be achieved.</p> |
