<p>PURPOSE:To improve the operation rate of equipment by providing a turn table midway on a main rail, radially providing plural assembling jigs around said table, and switching over the traveling route of a bogie to said assembling jigs by said turn table. CONSTITUTION:A bogie 3 on which, e.g., a floor panel is set in the previous process travels on main rails 2 and, after tacking plural body parts in a parts setting stage S1, it travels to a turn table 10. In this case, when the automobile type of a body W is an A type, the turn table 10 is rotated and the bogie 3 is advanced into an exclusive A-type body main jig 15A through sub-rails 12 and positioned to carry out spot welding. When the operation is over, the bogie is sent to the following process through the sub-rail 12, turn table 10, main rails 2, and an idle stage S3. Thereby, when carrying out parallel productions of, e.g., two or more automobile types, even when the remodeling, etc. of a specific assembling jig occurs, the production can be continued using the remaining assembling jigs, minimizing the reduction in the operation rate of equipment.</p> |
