PURPOSE:To prevent winding of a copy paper around a roll and the occurrence of dirt of copies by dispersing a tungsten disulfide in a releasing resin layer on the primer layer of the heat roll. CONSTITUTION:A releasing layer 12 on a primer layer 4 of a heat roll 1 is made from the mixture of heat resisting organic materials and fine particles of a tungsten disulfide. Then, the mechanical strength or the like of a surface coating layer is sufficiently kept and the nontackiness and the releasability are considerably improved. The tungsten disulfide is chemically stable and has a high sticking force to a metal and is stably used at a high temperature of 200 deg.C. Consequently, the layer 12 has a sufficient heat-resisting property. Thus, the occurrence of dirt of a copy paper 8 is prevented and the occurrence of a phenomenon that the paper 8 is wound around the roll 1 or the like is prevented. A peeling pawl 9, a cleaning blade 10, an Si oil coating device 11, etc., to avoid the occurrence of this phenomenon are omitted. |
