A door (10) made up of a metallic frame (11) and two spaced parallel panes (20 and 21) and intended for use in a cookstove (1) comprising a seal (40) placed around its casing, characterized in that the frame is exclusively constituted by two lateral uprights (12 and 13) entirely placed between the two panes in order to space them and constituting two opposite side edges of the door, by an upper crosspiece (14) and by a lower crosspiece (15) holding the two panes clamped against the two lateral uprights and constituting the two other edges of the frame, and in that one of the panes is provided in order to bear against the said seal placed around the casing of the cookstove. |
