PURPOSE:To improve a forming efficiency by providing an elastically supported cutter inside a cylindrical member, arranging the supporting mechanism of an electrode chip as well and turning the cutter via the cylindrical member. CONSTITUTION:The upper and lower cutters 3, 3 equipped with a cutting blade 3a are elastically supported via the rubber cylinder 6 of a supporting mechanism 2 at the inner part of a cylindrical member 1. On the other hand, the supporting mechanism 5 of an electrode chip N is formed in the circular column shape providing a flange 5a at the center and held inside the rubber cylinder 6. When the electrode chip N is pressurized as well as abutting it to the cutter 3a and the lever 9 for turning is turned to the right and left, it is supported automatically on the center of the supporting mechanism 5 and the forming of the chip N is performed in the state of the cutter 3a being elastically supported. Owing to the forming being performed after automatic centering the forming time is shortened and the forming efficiency is improved. |
