PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of liquid and to prolong the service life thereof by filtering the fluid, circulating and activating it. CONSTITUTION:A storage part 1 of liquid, a filter part 4, a part 5 for activating liquid and a circulation pump are provided. Since liquid 2 such as edible oil is filtered with the filter part 4 and activated with the part 5 for activating liquid, liquid is held to be weak alkali and is difficult-to be deteriorated, and therefore it is kept in an initial state at such a degree that it is almost unnecessary to exchange the liquid. In concrete terms, the filter part 4, the part 5, a circulation part 6, a connecting pipe 7 and a heat exchanger 8 are connected with the storage part 1 of liquid wherein edible oil 2 is stored and a rotator 3 for rotating and transferring foods is provided, and edible oil 2 is filtered with the filter part 4, activated with the part 5 and circulated with the circulation part 6 and thereby edible oil 2 is always held to be weak alkali, and deterioration is effectively prevented.
