PURPOSE:To surely and easily perform painting work, by controlling a working platform so as to repeat a process of one block work having a predetermined working area as one unit and a process for allowing the working platform to move between blocks. CONSTITUTION:For example, in the painting of the wall surface 10 of the veranda of a high building, the main body of a high place working vehicle 1 is set at a predetermined position and the operation pattern of a working platform 6 is inputted to a control apparatus. At the work start position of the working platform 6, a spray gun 12 is reciprocally moved over a set moving width at first in a left-and-right direction and injects predetermined paint to paint the wall surface of the veranda B. One block painting that the working area formed by the height H of the veranda B and the moving width of the spray gun is set as one unit is repeated along the lateral movement of the working platform 6 to finish the painting corresponding to one floor and, thereafter, the working platform 6 is moved up vertically to repeat painting/moving process at each block.
