PURPOSE:To obtain a resin composition having excellent heat resistance and mechanical strength and low coefficient of friction, by blending a compound consisting of polyphenylene sulfide resin, polyethylene resin and heat-resistant fiber powder with nylon resin under heating. CONSTITUTION:(A) 100pts.vol. resin compound obtained by blending A1: 100pts. vol. polyphenylene sulfide with A2: 5-30pts.vol., preferably 10-25pts.vol. polyethylene resin having >=130 deg.C melting point and A3: 5-40pts.vol., preferably 20-30pts.vol. heat-resistant fiber powder having <=1mm, preferably <=0.5mm fiber length, such as glass fiber, carbon fiber, aramid fibers, etc., having the surface preferably coated with a silane coupling agent, etc., under heating is blended with (B) 50-200pts.vol., preferably 100-150pts.vol. nylon resin under heating. A component containing 1-10pts.vol. ionomer resin based on 100pts.vol. nylon resin is preferably used as the component B. |
