PURPOSE:To remarkably shorten a processing time for soldering, by allowing a cream solder coating part to a lead pin part of electric parts and a heating beam irradiation spot to approach each other, and executing almost simultaneously the casting and heating of the cream solder. CONSTITUTION:A syringe 2 for supplying cream solder and an optical system 10 for irradiating a laser beam are supported by a rectangular coordinates type robot, and lead pins 8... of a flat package IC 5 are soldered to a printed board 6 on a placing table. In this case, the syringe 2 is positioned so that cream solder 11 is coated to a little in front of the moving direction P from the irradiation spot of a laser beam 7 to the lead pin 8. As a result, solder 11' extruded from a needle 4 and coated to the lead pin 8 is melted by the laser beam 7 immediately after coating, and soldering is ended in a short time. In such a way, the processing time for the soldering of electronic parts can be shortened remarkably.
