PURPOSE:To generate power by periodically interrupting and transmitting a magnetic flux between permanent magnets thereby to utilize magnetic energy. CONSTITUTION:A stationary permanent magnet 12 is secured to the top in a cylinder 10, and a piston head 14 having a permanent magnet magnetized oppositely with the same polarity as the pole of a stationary permanent magnet 12 to the magnet 12 at the top is provided. A shielding plate 24 cooperated with the reciprocating motion of the head 14 is provided, and a magnetic flux is interrupted and transmitted by the operation of the plate 24. The head 14 is periodically effected by a repelling force from the magnet 12 by the operation of the plate 24. Thus, the head 14 and a crank 16 are reciprocated in the cylinder 10 to produce the energy of the permanent magnet as power.
