PURPOSE:To prevent a too large slip of driving wheels from occurring and avoid the excessive slip control by generating a warning when detecting that the slip control by a slip control means has been continuously performed for a fixed time with a timer means. CONSTITUTION:Rotating speeds of the right and left front wheels 3, 2 and a driven wheel 4 detected by sensors 64-66 are inputted respectively to the slip control unit Us of a control unit U, and the wheel slip ratio is determined based on them. Next, if the slip ratio exceeds the target slip ratio by brakes, brakes 21, 22 of mated driving wheels 2, 3 are controlled, if it exceeds the target slip ratio by an engine, a throttle valve 13 is operated in the closing direction via a throttle control unit UT. When a built-in timer means detects that this slip control has been continuously performed for a fixed time, e.g. 1min, or more, a warning is generated for the driver. Accordingly, a too large slip of driving wheels is prevented from occurring and the continuous driving entirely depending on the slip control is prevented.
