PURPOSE:To prevent a large slip from occurring on driving wheels from the beginning of the start time by setting a slip control means to decrease the torque applied to driving wheels in advance if the road surface condition is slippery. CONSTITUTION:An engine 6 as a power source is mounted in front of a vehicle 1, and the torque generated by this engine 6 is transmitted to wheels. The engine 6 is constituted so that the generated torque is changed by a change of the intake air quantity and the intake air quantity is adjusted by a throttle valve 13. The throttle valve 13 is controlled to be opened or closed electromagnetically by a throttle actuator 14. In addition, electromagnetic type liquid pressure control valves 30, 31 as a braking force control means are connected to hydraulic pipes 28a, 29a of brakes 21, 22 for front wheels serving as driving wheels.
