<p>PURPOSE:To certainly perform the sealing of a through-hole and to bring secondary effect for preventing the crack and rupture of a pipe wall by reinforcing the pipe end part of a hole pipe of which the through-hole is sealed by a wedge member, by operation for only embedding the wedge member in the pipe wall of the end part of the hole pipe. CONSTITUTION:The end part of a synthetic resin pipe 1 having a through-hole 14 in the pipe wall an inner wall 11, an outer wall 12) thereof in the pipe axial direction is softened by heating and an inner mold 3 is pushed into the above- mentioned pipe end part. By this method, the wedge member 2 mounted to the deep part of the aforementioned inner mold 2 is run on the pipe leading end part. Subsequently, the aforementiond pipe end outer peripheral surface is pressed by an outer mold 4 to embed the wedge member 2 in the pipe wall to seal the through-hole 14. According to the shape of the wedge member, strong adhesive bonding may be performed by using an adhesive.</p> |
