PURPOSE:To facilitate and ensure countermeasures for change in wiring specifications, in a computer aided design (CAD) system, by providing a wiring pattern changing means. CONSTITUTION:Wiring-specification changing information is inputted through a keyboard 2. Then, a wiring-specification changing module 7 in a wiring-pattern changing means retrieves existing wiring information in an objective region from an output-wiring-data storing part 9. The sizes of through holes, the widths of wiring patterns, the paths of the wiring patterns and the like are changed in accordance with the new specifications. The newly changed wiring data are written into the output-wiring-data storing part 9. The change in wiring specifications can be performed reaily and positively without complete change of the wiring.
