PURPOSE:To contrive to reduce a processing cost and to radiate heat from a coil efficiently by using for a stator a magnetic-pole forming cylinder made by providing notches at given spaces circumferentially and by axially juxtaposing said notch groups with a given phase difference. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic-pole forming cylinder 10 is provided with a plurality of notches 11 at given spaces circumferentially and notch groups 12a, 12b, 12c, 12d composed of said notches 11 are axially juxtaposed with a given phase difference. Then, said magnetic-pole forming cylinder 10 is encircled by an outer casing 13 composed of magnetic metal to form a stator 14 with high precision in, for example, phase difference. A difficult work of making a phase difference between magnetic pole teeth of each rotor core while assembling a rotor is eliminated by the use of said stator 14 to reduce a cost. Further, because a coil can be fitted between notch groups 12a, 12b, 12c, 12d, heat generated by power application to the coil is transmitted to the stator 14 and radiated therefrom efficiently.
