<p>PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of the concentricity of outer and inner diameters and to make it possible to improve the accuracy of a rotary transformer and to implement a low price, by obtaining the specified sizes for a cylindrical ferrite core, rotating the core with a roller which is contacted with the outer surface of the core, and griding the inner surface of the core. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical core 101 of a cylindrical rotary transformer is held with a roller 102 and a shoe 104 (supporting tool). The roller 102 is connected to a driving source and rotated at a constant position. The cylindrical core 101 is supported with the shoe 104. A roller 103, which can be rotated in the direction of an arrow 13, is arranged so that it can be rotated, and it supports the cylindrical core 101 with constant force. Then the cylindrical core 101 is compressed to the roller 102 and the shoe 104 and supported. Dispersion in outer configuration of the cylindrical core 101 is absorbed by the movement of the roller 103. The outer surface of the cylindrical core 101 is ground with a center less grinder beforehand. The inner diameter is ground highly accurately with a grinding diamond 105, which is inserted into the cylindrical core 101.</p> |
